Returns and Refunds
You may claim a refund, return or exchange your purchased items when they are damaged or defective within 24 hours after delivery.
Note: We completely check our product at the time of shipment. Chances are very low that you can get damaged or defective product, if you have any issues please contact our customer care support with product reference code, It is easy for us to analyses our mistakes and consider your refund and return complain.
We do not refund any shipping charges for returned or exchanged items. To initiate refund policy, we required our product. So you have to ship it back to our address first. Then we will check it and proceed with the refund procedure.
Once opened, liquid products like lubes & lotions, cleaner sets etc., as well as batteries cannot be returned.
We will not accept replacements, exchanges, refunds for products that are not to your liking. Most of our products are personal in nature. Please check products description and picture before confirming your order. We do not consider any complain that is related to product description. We mentioned all details on website already.
Just contact our Customer Service immediately and we will act diligently to replace your items as soon as possible.
For all orders, we kindly ask you to please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement items or refunds.
Refusal of parcel after dispatch
We do not accept cancellations after the order has been placed (after it has been shipped) because the order is based on the assumption that it will be purchased. Please consider this well in advance and check carefully before completing your order.
Refusal of parcel after dispatch on your door, it not consider as good manner. We are sorry for that but we suffer a lot and decided to take some action. We highlight your identity and charge additional amount.
Rejection of goods receipt will be charged “shipping fee, cash on delivery commission, returned goods handling fee”. It’s a humble request to our valuable customer please confirm your order, if you are ready to receive it.
Cancellation requests shall be considered when made within 24 hours after placing the order.
However, when the shipment process has already been initiated the cancellation request cannot be entertained.
Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to taxes and import duties levied by your customs authorities once the package reaches your country.
Any additional charges for your items to clear customs must be borne by you.
These charges imposed by customs are beyond our control and we can not make any predictions about how high they may be.
We advise you to check with your local customs authorities for further information.
Moreover, since you are considered to be the importer of record you are obliged to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the products.
Responsibility of knowing the laws of the country in which you receive the products is yours as they apply to adult products.
